Lighting energy saving can be achieved in several different ways e.g. natural light, switching off lights, conventional systems etc. In these methods one thing is common ‘compromise’. For sake of energy saving we are ignoring science behind it and implementing intermediate steps.
After years of indepth industrial study and technical know-how with IIT (Mumbai) technologists, we formulated complex magnetic but lucid system so as that understanding its working and functionality by engineers is easier.
Mag-Amp® (magnetic amplifier) is coil based device (rugged in operation with 12-15 yrs life and without any harmonics as in thyristor based ckts) with –ve closed loop feedback. Conventional systems operate on open loop configuration so really does not understand outside varying world. With unique design of SCENE® Mag-Amp® technology supply profile, load variation, time zones, level settings, diagnosis, online setting and alterations are possible with touch key.
All this leads to Steady Lumen, inspite of any variation at any time depending on program set. Due to this dynamic saving nature, not only energy consumption is optimized but also extends luminary life almost twice due to fact that, excess energy that gets converted to heat is blocked.

Toroidal cores are built around amorphous core rather than with CRGO or CRNO cores, thereby adding to higher energy efficiency. (Amorphous cores are those, in which all magnetic dipoles are aligned in same direction so offering minimum or almost negligible resistance to current flow.)
Feedback is achieved by dc current flow to the magnitude of few mili Amperes, thereby able to change the permeability of core, which in electrical term is equivalent to impedance.
Change in impedance causes limiting the current (I=V*Z) causing power reduction and energy saving.
